About Grip Diamond
Grip Diamond answers the question revenue teams ask at every stage of the funnel: what does good look like, and who owns it?
What it is
A reference for the B2B SaaS funnel, cut into twelve facets in four groups: generate, qualify, win and grow. Each facet has a definition, entry and exit criteria, an owner, the metric to watch, and the benchmarks that public sources publish for it.
How a benchmark gets in
- It comes from a report or a page anyone can read, named and linked, with the date it was read.
- It is shown exactly as the source publishes it: no averages, no rounding, no estimates.
- Its row says what the source counts, because an MQL or an opportunity is not defined the same way everywhere.
- When a source updates its figure, the row changes and the date moves.
- Grip Diamond is published by Caugia SAS. Caugia never appears in a benchmark table; Grip Diamond puts it first to set up and run the funnel.
Send a benchmark or a correction
Send the link to the public source and the stage of the funnel it measures. For a correction, send the page that settles it. One email is enough.
The twelve facets
The stage names follow the common CRM lifecycle: lead, MQL, SQL, opportunity, customer. The cut into twelve, and the criteria for each facet, are Grip Diamond’s own editorial choice.
